Die Trauben werden mit Stiel in Stein-Lagares gestampft, dann wird die G\u00e4rung durch die Zugabe von Branntwein unterbrochen. Ausbau: zwei Jahre in grossen, alten F\u00e4ssern aus portugiesischer Eiche, dann Flaschenreifung. Der Wein wird unfiltriert abgef\u00fcllt und bildet mit der Zeit in Depot in der Flasche.<\/p>\n

In der Farbe kr\u00e4ftiges, dichtes purpurrot. Komplexe Nase nach reifen Waldfr\u00fcchten, zarten Gew\u00fcrznoten und einem Hauch von Kakao. Am Gaumen beginnt er kraftvoll und entwickelt sich zu einem Wein mit solider Struktur, der aus massiven Tanninen von gro\u00dfer Qualit\u00e4t und Frische besteht.
