Die Ernte von Hand ist genauso selbstverst\u00e4ndlich wie der schonende Ausbau der Weine ohne jeglichen Einsatz von Pestiziden. Ein Versprechen f\u00fcr die Zukunft.<\/p>\n

\nDer Ausbau erfolgt in Edelstahl, Betonzisterne und 25 Prozent in Barriquef\u00e4ssern.<\/p>\n

\nIntensives, strahlendes Rubinrot, in der Nase delikate Kirsch- und Cassisaromen, begleitet von Zwetschken und Waldbeeren, typische Veilchennoten und w\u00fcrzig-kr\u00e4utrige Ankl\u00e4nge, Pfeffer und Wacholder.
