Mit einer strohgelben ins Gold gehenden Farbe hat er ausgeglichene S\u00e4ure und gute Struktur. Am Gaumen ist er stark mit Noten von Mandel und tropischen Fr\u00fcchten. Die Haftf\u00e4higkeit im Mund ist ausgezeichnet. Er passt sehr gut zu Nudeln-, Fisch- und Eiergerichten.
